• Golf scores, rounds, and statistics you enter or scan

• Pages visited, features used, timestamps

Payment Data

• Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your credit card numbers. Payment processors handle your financial data under their own privacy policies.

4. AI Processing

Uploaded scorecard images are sent to third-party AI services (Google Gemini) for text recognition. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored by the AI provider beyond the processing request. We may retain scan results to improve accuracy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to handle transactions
• AI services (Google) to process scorecard scans
• Email provider (Zoho) to send transactional emails
• Law enforcement if required by law

6. Data Retention

• Account data is retained as long as your account is active
• Scorecard images are deleted after processing
• Scan results and round data are retained until you delete them or your account
• Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
