1. Subscription Refunds
CardieGolf subscriptions (Base and Pro plans) are billed annually. Due to the digital nature of the Service:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- If you have used fewer than 5 scans during this period, you are eligible for a full refund.
- After 14 days or 5+ scans used, subscriptions are non-refundable.
- When you cancel, you retain access to your plan until the end of the billing period.
2. Scan Pack Refunds
Scan packs are one-time purchases that add extra scans to your account:
- Scan packs are non-refundable once purchased.
- Unused scan pack credits never expire and carry over if you change plans.
- If a technical error prevented your scans from working, contact us for credit or replacement.
3. Free Plan
The free plan includes 3 complimentary scans. No payment is required and no refund applies.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us via our contact form or email at support@cardiegolf.com
- Include your account email and the reason for your request
- We will review your request within 3 business days
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to the free plan and scan credits from the refunded purchase will be removed.
6. Exceptions
We may grant refunds outside the standard policy in cases of:
- Documented technical issues that prevented use of the Service
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Requirements under applicable consumer protection laws
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve any issues directly.
