By accessing or using CardieGolf ("the Service"), operated by 9524-2426 Quebec Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
CardieGolf is a golf scorecard scanning and statistics application that allows users to digitize paper scorecards using AI technology, track rounds, and analyze golf performance data.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Unused scan packs are non-refundable.

CardieGolf uses AI technology to scan and digitize scorecards. While we strive for high accuracy, scanned results may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting scan results before saving. CardieGolf is not liable for inaccurate scan results.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by 9524-2426 Quebec Inc. You retain ownership of your personal data and uploaded scorecards. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your uploads for the purpose of providing the scanning service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your data as described therein.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardieGolf and 9524-2426 Quebec Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
